Check_MK (OMD package) HOST State problem

I have install OMD version 1.30


Purpose: Network monitoring ( Routers, Switches and ISP link monitoring connection for our different branches to Head Office connectivity.)


Problem facing: HOST state (Critical/Warning/Down)


Problem Details: When the link faces high latency (like 200 ms)and packet loss (like 40%)
Host shows down state though the state should be Critical/Warning not down state.


Solution expectation:
The link show down >>>>>>>only it is unreachable..
The link show critical >>>>>>if it faces high latency and Packet loss.



How can make these settings using WATO/ command line.
