hi all.
I have just done a fresh installation of icingaweb2 with a fresh install of icinga2.
After running through the setup wizard and choosing LDAP as the authentication type,
I set a group that I am a member of as the administrator and was successfully able to login.
Upon logging into Icinga i see this "see attached"

I can't find any information about what needs to be installed or enabled but normally isn't their a default menu which should be on the left hand side of the screen?
