hubot & icinga?

I am just learning about hubot and it seems very interesting.

Has anyone hooked up Icinga to hubot interactivity? I'm thinking of hooking up rocket.chat (open source; inside firewall) to hubot, then building some scripts to have Icinga update hubot and alert our team in rocket.chat.

Then there are the ideas of asking the hubot questions?

hubot: how many unacknowledged critical hosts
hubot: how many unacknowledged critical services

hubot: how many notifications in the last 2 hours
