Can icinga alert based on data stored in graphite?

Hi,

In my current environment we are pushing all our collectd metrics into graphite.

We want to alert/notify based on data in graphite over a moving window (for example we want to send an alert
when the cpu is over 90% 3 times in a 5 minute window).

- Can icinga monitor based on data in graphite?
- If so, does icinga support monitoring a metric over a moving window?

Sorry to ask such noob questions but we need to report back quickly to our VP.
