HOST state problem (DOWN and Critical/Warning)

I have installed OMD version 1.30 for network monitoring system(Branch to Branch connectivity through ISP links to our Head Office).

But the problem is the connectivity links shows down when the link faces high response time and packet loss.

So i am unable identify which nodes is actually DOWN.

From the attachment it shows that our AGRABAD branch is showing DOWN because high latency or packet loss. Though it should be the status Warning/Critical.

Solution needed:

DOWN>>>>when the Node/link is actually down or unreachable

Warning/Critical>>>if the link faces high latency or packet loss
